[FAQ]
OGS currently has 5 titles that can be contested for, of which four are
yearly and the other runs twice a year. In each case the winner of the main
tournament gets to challenge the title-holder to a best of 5 match at the
appropriate board size. In the event that the current title holder is no longer
active on the site (has not visited for 14 days and without the holiday flag
on), the tournament winner takes the title without having to play the match. In
the event that the title holder wins the main tournament, the title is
considered automatically defended.
